Her communication was fast and detailed, she is so kind, and will ensure you have a great meal within your budget. You must try the chicken and waffles for appetizers. After having two catered meals, I was not impressed. The first was a broccoli casserole that as a fiend said, had too much sour cream or cream cheese. The next event brought out lasagna. Pasta was overcooked and mushy. Not much in between the layers of pasta and too salty. It tasted like a bad version of Chef Boyardee canned pasta. Cookies for dessert looked store bought.
