These people seem to be making so much money they have no need to try very hard. although they had empty tables they refused to serve us coffee today because they claimed they needed 20 minutes to lay up the table for the next guests....Last year they seriously suggested we wait outside in a blizzard because we were 15 minutes early although we had a small child with us.
