What Tim Meuter likes about Schauenstein:
The only way I know Schaustein Castle is that I was able to work there as a carpenter. I would like to thank Andreas Caminada for the cookbook entry, I was able to speak to him privately and get to know him. Great, despite his fame, a nice, friendly guy who made my wish come true. What Rudi Metzger doesn't like about Schauenstein:
charming little village where each corner is a photo. the hotel is overpriced and the rooms are not very comfortable (no door between the toilet and the bedroom! . the castle is beautiful with a beautiful wine cellar, many artworks and beautiful rooms. the restaurant (signature menu was quite boring and eating is not a 3 star michelin. the best was the brot and the butter! the personal was also great. the chef camina...
