They don?t know how to cook. The shelves are completely covered so we wont be able to see how they are preparing our meal and what stuff they are adding until at the end. Cashiers wont ask you about all the options and just assume it by themselves. They do not provide complete stuff in the meal. I have tasted the food of osmows but this particular one is worst ever.
