1. seaweed salat was ice cold and they roasted it. otherwise the waygu was excellent. it was a Tues night and the place was empty except 2 other tables. one was a single one. my son was not satisfied with the warm water and he thought his beer had a funny smell. the sashimi was fresh. the sushi generous. excellent service. I'll try again.
What User doesn't like about J-spec:
We order the prefix set which is I believe 5 courses, that includes dessert, for $125. Nd honestly was not worth it compared to other places. I will def give them credit that their meats are def on point; great quality meat nd cooked perfectly.
