What User likes about J-spec:
1. seaweed salat was ice cold and they roasted it. otherwise the waygu was excellent. it was a Tues night and the place was empty except 2 other tables. one was a single one. my son was not satisfied with the warm water and he thought his beer had a funny smell. the sashimi was fresh. the sushi generous. excellent service. I'll try again.
What User doesn't like about J-spec:
We order the prefix set which is I believe 5 courses, that includes dessert, for $125. Nd honestly was not worth it compared to other places. I will def give them credit that their meats are def on point; great quality meat nd cooked perfectly. However outside of the one maybe two good dishes, there was nothing that blew me away except for the pure meat dish. Would def give it another try but however will be ordering... View all feedback.
