I had to rerate this place as 3 star instead of 5 because it started to show the lacking of consistency. Specifically, last time I went here the broth of the Pho is not even hot. It's warm to the point that you don't even have to blow to eat. And the noodles didn't taste the same. That disappointed me and thus I won't be coming back.
