"It was pouring rain when we arrived to Norfolk! We didn't know until later. There was a tornado that went through. We were grateful to hear nobody was injured. We stopped here for the Ramen to warm ourselves in this cool wet night after a long drive !!! The ramen was good fir a rainy cool night. I got the veggie. My husband got the spicy miso ramen. The view from our table was not great. (Dirty dust pan and overflowing garbage). Table bench was ripped and table top sticky. The waitress was good."

"The sushi isn’t worth it for the experience we had. Better sushi a few blocks away!I think it was just an off day for the staff (from beginning to end, everyone who greeted us was pretty rude. The server was cool tho I think his name is John?)Unfortunately won’t be going back."

"I have only been a few times, but I enjoyed my time at the place regardless. Each time I go in, it’s usually never busy and it’s nice and quiet. The staff is quite nice and respectful. I’ve only gotten small things like Boba and macarons here, but they tasted great and didn’t cost that much money. I’d need to go a few more times to get a more thorough experience, but I overall like Pokey and would consider going back again sometime. :"

"I actually love the sushi here. It is genuinely some of the best in the entire area, and has been for many years. But the management and non-sushi items leave a lot to be desired. I'm not someone who complains about service; I'm a firm believer that the food speaks for itself and service is an afterthought if the food is good. This is the first time I've ever had this kind of critique: Some self awareness is definitely needed here. Only order sushi. Nothing else. I won't be coming back, though I wish this place all the best."
