Very understaffed 1 on bar, 1 in kitchen and 2 on the floor, we felt so sorry for them, it was busy and you could see how much pressure was on them.. Stopped en-route to Lincoln. A buzzy place with a carvery on the go as well as pub grub to provide a good choice. The carvery had a choice of Turkey , gammon or beef and many different vegetables. We waited for the turkey to come out of the oven and upon arrival it looked more boiled than roasted with blood coming from the leg area when carved by the chef.
