Ok. I gave them a second chance and had my sub toasted. Meat was ice cold. Cheese melted and a tiny bit of charred bread was the only evidence of it being toasted. The ingredients are spectacular. Fresh and tasty. It 's just the execution that 's the problem. Because the word hoagies is in the name, I expected baked subs not cold.
