Ok. I gave them a second chance and had my sub toasted. Meat was ice cold. Cheese melted and a tiny bit of charred bread was the only evidence of it being toasted. The ingredients are spectacular. Fresh and tasty. It 's just the execution that 's the problem. Because the word hoagies is in the name, I expected baked subs not cold. Down at the WetGo in North Versailles we sometimes have events where we have extra staffing and Anchors is our go-to spot for bigger orders. Our staff loved it and always gets treated great. They even let us leave some fliers for our event in their store.
My husband and I stopped in today for a late lunch. The food was wonderful, generous portions, very polite staff….a nice clean atmosphere including the beautifully decorated bathroom!Wonderful overall experience-we will be back when we are in the area again!

Awesome hoagies! We just walked in to order. The young lady behind the counter kept apologizing for the wait which wasn't more than not even 10 min to get our food. They were slammed with orders but it wasn't a long wait. The have a huge menu..I will definitely go back n try more items
