We have enjoyed dim sum here on many occasions over the years. This time was as good as before. Pearl is located in Bayview Village, an upscale mall in North York. The décor is plain, quite utilitarian, but pleasant. Our dim sum was great. We had the usual siu mai, har gow, fried shrimp on toast, beef ribs with black beans, tripe, and pork buns. I went in there to try a wonton soup because thats all I wanted. I was told I couldnt eat it in there because there is a minimum amount I needed to spend to sit in their restaurant. Im not kidding ! the whole place was empty !!. I think it was $20 View all feedback.
