Fish fry good except perch, bluegill or walleye type fish should never be battered, rather breaded. Good portion except rye bread was a half piece and dry. Potato pancakes were delicious, coleslaw homemade and good, tartar sauce was homemade and better than most but why does everyone put sweet pickles in there tartar. I can say that's our last trip to cellar. the fish frit was so and the fried mushrooms that were homemade looked great, but were watery, soggy and poor taste. our server was ok, but not really attentive to a slow restaurant. the biggest branch was the smell that came from the toilets, which kept both doors open. really bad and disgusting.
