What an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff is poorly trained and have no knowledge of the products they are selling. My boyfriend, who is Middle Eastern, was more helpful to a customer than the boy serving her was. They also refused to add cheese to my meat pie even though cheese is listed as an add-on on their menu. Anyone from Ottawa knows you can have cheese on a meat pie. The pies were also terrible.....
