.this week I tried something else to cook the lonely Slovak house from moya. moyas website claimed that the restaurant proves that the Central European foods are much more than the cold war-esque stereotype of boiled cauliflower and stola. first, I was not quite sure that this would be the case, a look at the menu shows hearty Central European ingredients such as roggenbrot, sour wort, goulash and so on, but soon it was clear that her pracht is true. boil in moya is kreatiw and tasty to treat these potentially heavy aromes with a slight touch. in any case, the charming, air-conditioned dining room, friendly but discreet personal and impressive cocktail menu should have made me aware that dinner here is a very civilized e.
