I cant help but go past Hidden Perk's for a weekend breakfast when I'm in the area. It's fairly basic / standard food, however it is always fresh, they don't skimp on serving sizes and it's reasonably priced. I also cant help but get the same thing each time as well, even though I quickly look over the menu, smashed avo on gluten free toast and 2 poached eggs and an almond latte (mug). Disappointing. We order coffee and acai bowls both we really disappointing. The coffee was burnt and the acai bowl was ok but the fruit was literally one strawberry cut in quarters and place on the top. The staff member eating at the table next to us had a small fruit salad on top of his acai bowl perhaps that they had run out of fruit by the time we got ours.
