The UTI was located right behind my place of stay on the Ourem Road.It does not seem to have a consistent standards of either the food,service & the overall cleanliness of the place.It varies with their whims.I will only talk of the good times when i had some Goan food with fish curry & rice,seafood platter etc along with beer.
