"I and my man were recently in the magic world and tried to eat the restaurant in the last night. we had a chicken vedaloo, chicken curma, rice and garlic nan. we were surprised how fresh and tasty that was eating, and reasonably also,. would absolutely recommend!"

"I always stay at Presley when I am in Via and eat here 99% of the time. The Chicken Kasturi Kebabs cooked in the random with a cheese and garlic Naan bread are worth the flight price on their own! The owner Simon is a great bloke and help you with anything. I was there for 3 month when there was no money in India and so I had 3 month credit for food beer and room rental, can't imagine many other places would give you a 3 month holiday on trust!Sanjay the main waiter is super efficient and after a couple of weeks I didn't even have to order my meals as he seems to be a mind reader. Or I just ate the same thing every night! The rooms are fine for the price, hot water and ac if you want it. Highly recommended for a few days or longer trips. A few times they let me leave my big backpack there while I went off to different places without having to drag everything with me which was also very helpful."

"Spent 3 nights here from the 31st of December to the 3rd of January. Really good staff. Helpfull, friendly and efficient. Our hut was very clean and had a hot shower. They had a big party on new years Eve and the music was great! We were still able to sleep when we eventually got to bed and the following 2 nights the music stops at midnight so there was no problem with noise. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"We had to check out of our huts at the Art Resort at 10am but our train was not until 11pm. We asked Sushan at Cafe Del Sol who was he most friendly and helpful person we'd met in Goa. He offered a hut for...us to stay in for half a day- the hut was clean, spacious and with air con and overlooking the beach for a third of the price that other larger places were offering If you want a friendly welcoming and hassle free stay in a bamboo hut with toilet, shower and a great view then come here!"

"I have been working my way along Palolem's Main Road restaurants, and tonight it was the turn of Sameer Classic. I have never understood why so many travellers and tourists stick to the expensive restaurants on the beach, as there are some excellent restaurants to be found along the Main Road. As well as providing cheap nourishment, the food is often of a higher standard and more traditional. Drink prices can be significantly lower too. For example, beer can be as little as R30 a bottle, try finding that on the beach! I opted for a meat free supper but explained I would like something spicy. My vegetable Hydrabadi hit the spot, but I would ask for a little extra spice next time. The nan bread that came with it was beautiful light and fluffy and proved to be the perfect accompaniment to my meal. Including a bottle of water and a 10% tip my meal came in around £2 ($3)Already looking forward to my next visit to this restaurant."
