We are from the United States and it is obvious. The waiters apparently only like the locals. We saw the waiter, Harold, 10 minutes after they sat us down. We placed our order. For expats: WHAT HAPPENED HERE!? Boy this restaurant got expensive, cheap and mediocre at best for quality. It has gone down hill a lot since I was here last ~2yrs ago. This is what a $12 ravioli looks like and an $8.50 ceviche. See my hand for scale. I'll pay over $20 for food and I'm still hungry. *Ugh* The service was depressed.
