We are from the United States and it is obvious. The waiters apparently only like the locals. We saw the waiter, Harold, 10 minutes after they sat us down. We placed our order. Food came, drinks came we never saw waiter until we were done. Never came by to ask if everything was good or if we needed anything. I would have loved another glass of sangria by the way. What El D doesn't like about Napoli:
For expats: WHAT HAPPENED HERE!? Boy this restaurant got expensive, cheap and mediocre at best for quality. It has gone down hill a lot since I was here last ~2yrs ago. This is what a $12 ravioli looks like and an $8.50 ceviche. See my hand for scale. I'll pay over $20 for food and I'm still hungry. *Ugh* The service was depressed. A touch of Italty in Panamá! Food was absolutely delicious and no complaints about anything!
My pasta dish which had thin spaghetti with a spicy tomato sauce and mushrooms with bacon was pretty good and so was the pepperoni pizza.
I've visited Napoli several times in the past 15+ years. Probably my favorite restaurant for most of my childhood. It's surely more expensive now, but the flavor has been consistent throughout the years!! Love it!
When we got to Napoli, it was jam packed when we got there and there was a big line of people which is bad for people who want to dine in but luckily we got take out which made it very quick to grab and go. The service/staff were very nice and quick with our food, when we mention our order name they went in to grab our food and it took them less than 5 minutes to get our food out. The pizza was amazing and delicious, we should had ordered a bigger pizza . The chicken was very juicy and mouth watering but the fries was soggy and dull which could be better like more crispy and soft inside. We order 2 pasta one is with ham and the other with shrimp both tasted amazing and the cheese
