Addie the manager on duty bailed me out of a huge mistake. Order was placed for the 9 mile location instead of mall location. Addie corrected my mistake and made the order for the mall location and in quick order. I felt so valued and deeply appreciated the effort by Addie and the team. Big disappointment. Haven’t been to Chipotle before but saw a commercial advertising their carne asada for a limited time and decided to give it a go. Ordered the 3 tacos, one no protein, one chicken one carne asada. Hubs ordered a bowl with chicken. We also asked for one small drink. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. This order was wrong because it has cheese in both burritos even though one was ordered without...
