Addie the manager on duty bailed me out of a huge mistake. Order was placed for the 9 mile location instead of mall location. Addie corrected my mistake and made the order for the mall location and in quick order. I felt so valued and deeply appreciated the effort by Addie and the team. Big disappointment. Haven’t been to Chipotle before but saw a commercial advertising their carne asada for a limited time and decided to give it a go. Ordered the 3 tacos, one no protein, one chicken one carne asada. Hubs ordered a bowl with chicken. We also asked for one small drink. The food was okay, nothing to write home about.
