The chef at Kura is truly gifted. He has such a careful style to his creations and he puts such creativity into his dishes. I never usually order rolls when I eat Japanese food (I prefer nigiri) but their Alaska roll is amazing. So much tobiko on it! This is my favourite roll now! I ate back there for a few months and it was average. Average price, average food, no real atmosphere, of.i could talk about something there when walking from anyway, but no one in the city has ever hit isshin in my books and if I want japanese... it will take a lot to bring me somewhere else.
