My friend and I went there on a weekday afternoon for a few coffees. My soy chai latte was excellent, but my friend was disappointed by his almond milk hot chocolate. Even though it seemed to be a problem with using almond milk instead of traditional milk, the staff behind the counter were more than generous and offered him a pastry instead of the hot chocolate.
