Solid bagel and quality ingredients, but they never toast their bagels even when I ask/check off “toasted” when ordering online. Most recently, I ordered a BLT which is supposed to come with mayo, but instead they used cream cheese which I’m allergic toIced coffee is ALWAYS weak and tastes like coffee flavored water.
