Philly Style Bagels - Feedback

Bagel was excellent, however the egg in the sandwich was just okay. Egg comes in a square patty, not a freshly cracked egg.

Horrible how you under cook bacon and send someone something they couldnt eat due to there allergies I ask to be contacted not to substitute for what they thoug...

Bagels were rock hard and no option to toast.

I have found my bagel heaven. Thank you the bagels were exactly as I love them-crusty outside and soft inside.will be ordering again. My bagel gurus.
