I don't necessarily leave this review for Subway, but for her employee Mike. The poor guy was all mine there and had to do online orders as well as all walk-ins. And the guy was a pleasant ta'boot!! Employees always outside smoking and on phones. Ordered a steak n cheese not toasted so he gave it to me completely cold. Never warmed the meat. Told me the reason was not toasted. So i have to have hard bread to have warm meat. I have never had a subway not warm the meat because I didn't want toasted bread. I can see why the rating is 3.9.
