"What saved this review was the food. I got turned away when me and my family tried to dine in. I was told they weren't taking any more walk-ins. Probably the most disappointing part of our vacation."

"The pizza was great. Not tanned up like Dominos is always (which can be good). I have the philly cheese steak pizza and its fantastic. They didn't jump on the ingredients either. My son loved her style of thin crust and said he loved the pizza!!!"

"Everything, my family and I ordered, was served with kindness and cooked to perfection. Service was quick and professional. While waiting on our main orders, we enjoyed an endless presentation of sweet tea and vittles, which consisted of cole slaw,beans, hush puppies, and fresh pickles with onions. This place is awesome, serving nothing but great Southern hospitality! Weplan to return the next time we're in town and we highly recommend this place to others who enjoy home cooked meals away fromhome."

"Had a short wait of not even 10 minutes. Waitress was super nice. Gator bites were fresh and tasted good. We had the fish tacos, grilled shrimp tacos, shrimp alfredo, and the kids shrimp platter. Everything was fresh and we didn't wait long for the food to come. The fish tacos were good--a little spicy, but not overpowering. The shrimp tacos were a little on the sweet side, but good. My only complaint is the portion. The 3 of us that got tacos were still hungry afterwards. Wewould go back again."

"We ate here because of our stay across the street at Arbors hotel, which has a partnership with the pancake house. You get a pancake breakfast voucher with the hotel, but you can upgrade to a full buffet breakfast (which we both did and was well worththe $5.99 upgrade price). The breakfast buffet was well stocked, hot, clean, and yummy! Service was good and we woulddefinitely eat here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge!"

"This was our first time here, so our experience could have totally been an off night. We’re here on vacation and a friend who is a local highly recommended it. We booked a reservation on OpenTable for 7:15. Got there a bit early at 6:45, so we totally understood waiting. It was getting so packed they weren’t taking anymore walk-ins. Around 7:30 we ask about the wait, and the poor hostess was so overwhelmed and just said we’d get a text. Finally at 7:40 we get seated. Overall the food was pretty good. They ran out of ribs so that was a bummer, but pulled pork was tender and fresh and loved their sauce. Kids meals were a great value at only $5! And came with a lot. Our server was attentive, but you could tell they were short staffed. We would definitely come back at a different time."
