This is in essence a good characterful restaurant in an old building with good food and drink. On the evening we were there it was not full as it was after New Year, but the service was a little strange and disjointed. The person who served us was just helping out so he tended to have to refer queries, but he was cheerful and pleasant in himself. The mussels would tend to best ever. The fish and chips we great as well.
