There were an abundance of staff there. The food was great. The exceptional part was the Waitress in training. I believe her name was Alyssa. Her preceptor shared the same name as her. They both worked well together, but I was mostly impressed by the trainee. She was very polite and in tuned to every each table needed. I was eating solo that day and observed her closely.
