"I ordered the trio and my partner ordered the Pollo rosa Maria. Service was incredibly slow. The trio was cold and burnt. The Pollo Rosa Maria was cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We spoke to the wattress, she offered to remake it or take it off our bill. We requested that it get remade. Second trio arrived, also burnt. Second Pollo Rosa Maria arrived, also dry and overcooked. We spoke to the waitress. Her response this is just how we cook it. Our meals weren't edible. We tried to eat a few bites but burnt/overcooked food is terrible. We requested the bill. She brought the bill... Didn't charge us for the trio but charged us for 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's. We never ordered 2, we only ordered 1 and the 1 wasn't edible. We asked why. The waitresses response well you can't get a free meal. We don't expect a free meal but you shouldn't charge a person for 2 of the same meal when the kitchen screwed up, and we only ordered 1. We requested to speak to a manager. The waitress returned. She said your meal is comped. You're free to go, and then walked away. There was no apology. No manager. The waitress was bothered and irritated by our complaints. Terrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours and all we got was awful burnt food. We will not return."

"This place does not care about their customers. They have good pizza but the service always stinks. Don 't expect to be greeted when you come in. Although the staff kitchen is visible, they go out of their way to not make eye contact. They seem annoyed to even see people coming in. This evening I waited 30 minutes for the pizza and spent another 30 in line to pick it up. And guess what? They said their order system never uploaded my order couldnt find my order to give me a refund. I had proof on my phone but the manager said I would have to wait until it came through their system-the system that lost the order. That 's it. No pizza. No apology and a waste of an hour waiting. After that waste of time, leaving with no pizza or refund, needing to make alternate arrangements, I called back later to speak to a manager. He was just as rude and asked "what part of them not getting the order didnt I understand... "I may not understand how an establishment that loses orders mistreats customers is still in business but I definitely understand that I do not have to ever give them another one of my hard earned dollars ever again. All this to say that I could overlook their antiquated ordering system if they seemed apologetic or had good customer service. In this day age where restaurants are struggling to stay afloat, I refuse to continue spending money at a place that does not value their customers. The pizza just isnt good enough to justify such a poor experience."

"We have eaten there several times over the years. Different burgers, ice cream cones, sundaes, Icream cakes. French fries, poutine and gravy. Food is very good."

"My wife and I loveeeees this place! We try to go at least once every two weeks. For the most part the food is always cooked perfectly. It?s probably only been one time my steak wasn?t cooked the way I like it but no biggie. I get the same meal everytime which is pictured below. They also have great staff and great President Margaritas."

"The first time I was eating here three years ago, I didn't like it and actually left a bad review.......... An employee convinced me to give it an attempt, and good I have deleted the bad review! Absolutely love this place, The garlic shrimp with yellow curry sauce was great and your cucumbers and Kimchi were amazing! I'm sure I'm back!"

"My family really enjoyed our dinner here. I liked that they had a good amount of options for kids, that is one of my biggest pet peeves so it was very nice to see items aside from fries and chicken nuggets on the menu. My husband and I both got a burger and enjoyed them very much."
