Food is great and we totally enjoyed it. Just few of the food pairing purée pairing is totally off. Service is great as there's one order that's isn't right was quickly fixed. Lamb ribs amazing but then it went all downhill... long delay between lamb, then salmon came (average, nothing stand out) but then had to wait 20 minutes for the vegetable dishes we had ordered. Thought the Cauliflower, burnt butter and sage sounded great but was underwhelming (butter was overpowering). Then we get to the fennel. It tasted like the smell of horse. The End.
