Premier Inn, normally a reliable non-fussy you know what you are getting.Firstly, staff and breakfast. All excellent.However the hotel itself is feeling ready for, not so much a refurb, but a nip and tuck. The bed wasn't comfortable (shocker I know) and the shower just didn't get hot.
