One of my favorite sushi places in Utah (if not my favorite). This quirky, small sushi place is perfect for a late snack with friends. The inside of the restaurant has really cool decorations and a TV where people can play on their Nintendo Switch. Their roles are super creative and tasty. Pretty dissatisfied. The description for this roll (i forgot the name of it) was avocado, carrots and cucumber. The word avocado is what caught my eye so with the ratio of avocado to carrots and cucumber is super disappointing. There was literally 1 small slice of in each bite.
