"I've ever ordered from here since they opened and every time I was thoroughly satisfied. sushi needs some time to prepare so that some waiting time is always expected, but they get their order pretty fast! the presentation, quality and quantity is absolutely excellent. this is by far one of my favorite places to eat and my number one goes to sushi. I only have their delivery service once, but all forms their customer service from the ordering in restaurant, to pick up, to delivery were great. I cannot recommend this place enough! years of consistency shows in every case in their loyal customers."

"We went in and we had a friendly waiter who set us up and we had to order immediately. We have the tempo role, California Roll, Godzilla Roll, the Alaska and Hurricane role. Our top favorites were the hurricane roll first, Godzilla Roll second, Alaska third, and so on. We had Wasabi and ginger and got Pepsi products to drink. We had a nice view of the street and quiet, we had a wonderful dinner at the Wild Ginger. Five stars!"

"We've come to this location several times over the past couple years, and we've had several disappointing experiences... Tonight was the second time in the past few months that the waitress forgot to give us napkins/silverware when she gave us our food. She didn't pass by to check on us so we had to stand up and track her down to ask for some. During our visits, the customer service hasn't been great, mostly due to inattentive waitresses. The food has also been subpar compared to other Red Robin locations. The fries have been hit and miss. The chicken tenders my wife ordered were very overcooked. The burgers have been pretty good. Overall, I'd say the most pressing issue is customer service. The waiters need some better training. More attentive. We love Red Robin franchises and hope this Provo location will improve!"

"The last two times I have gotten the wrong order. The woman working the drive through simply cannot understand what I’m saying and vice versa. I ordered two burgers, I thought she miss understood me so I tried to clarify at window, she added another burger costing an extra $5, and didn’t clarify this. Your drive through operator must be able to speak clearly and be understood."

"Food was good, I can never say great but it 's good. I love a good gimmick and this place is starting to have that mentality I have a cheeseburger that came with a queso bowl that I could dip my burger in.. sure like why? But it 's fun sometimes to have that experience! It wasn 't phenomenal but is was certainly fun and tasted exactly what you 'd think it would taste like. My wife is IN LOVE with the chicken strips and fries and let 's be honest, you can always win with great sauce and they have it friends. 4/5 Because I mean it 's every other place like this. But fun!"

"The filling of the del tacos was more than half nasty, cheap, shredded cheese. Disgusting. The service was also terrible. I went specifically because it was my birthday so I can get the promised free shake, but after having me spend 20 min. walking to Taco Bell (of all places) for wifi, downloading the app, and filling out personal info, they couldn't figure out how to get the coupon they needed and ended up not giving one to me. Are you serious?? It's only worth $1."

"I've always loved this place and come here all the time but the manager Kristy is always so mean and never has a smile on her face. Even asking her to do something is like asking her to run a mile. I think they should put a manager people enjoy and friendly person goes A LONG WAY!"

"This place was quite good. We ordered 2 different Ramen bowls and one sushi roll. Everything tasted great. The only downside was the turn around time. We were in a hurry and were anxiously waiting for our food. Thankfully they were helpful and just brought our food out in to go containers to help us get on our way."
