I try to enjoy Cochon Dingue when I'm in town but it's been hit and miss for me. My friends have had steaks and burgers and they have no complaints. I have tried non-meat dishes and they just have something that misses the mark. Most recently it was a quinoa salad with smoked salmon - the dressing was a miss, and I recommend replacing the smoked with fresh salmon. They have some new dishes, I may keep trying because...
