If you're looking for traditional hot pot rice akin to what you'd find in Hong Kong, this ain't it. Traditional hot pot rice is cooked in a clay pot, which gives the rice a distinct flavor. This is more like just regular rice bowls with a variety of toppings. I went for a pork belly w/ preserved veges, chicken mushrooms, and minced meat w/ salted egg. They tasted ok.
