This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Deschutes County. We ordered the chasiu ramen and gyoza ramen. Both were solid and hit the spot. Sora serves a chicken based broth, which is unique for ramen. It was flavorful, light (not as greasy as other ramen), and yet still filling. Definitely not a great experience. Sushi did not taste fresh whatsoever, server wasn’t attentive and service was slow. I was disappointed because I was hoping for another option in Redmond. Bottom line sushi needs to be fresh and this just wasn’t. Perhaps they had a bad day but I’m afraid to give them another chance. View all feedback.
