"The WFPB meals are delicious. The portion sizes are generous. Plenty of protein in each entree (i.e., black beans, nuts, seeds, etc. . A vegan bread/toast is available and delicious. (The GF bread/toast is not vegan . Vegan margarine is also used. The vegan menu page/entrees were added in 2013. Unfortunately, they have since added animal options to the page. "This place is Rocking! I love their breakfast bagel sandwich and breakfast burritos. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese on poppy seed bagel. The bagels are made fresh and the ingredients are quality. Everything is priced reasonably well also. The owner seems super friendly and it's always a good vibe when down there. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely fabulous. Went for two Birthdays. The food, service and the Chef, were all wonderful. The Chef made accommodations for a vegan in our party, which turned out delicious. Our waitress was a complete delight. Very polite and friendly. The entire dining experience made for a wonderful double Birthday dinner for my parents."

"I had the Mexican Pizza after a few months away from Taco Bell. Tasted like the kind of chili slop they gave you with chips in elementary school in the ghetto. Go to Lucy's Tacos over Taco Bell, spend the same and Taco Bell makes me want to have an eating disorder. Is it really food? Why do we do this to ourselves? Make a stand against the slop, respect yourself."

"My husband and I were visiting Bend from Washington, deciding if we want to live there or not. We had a hard time choosing a place to eat because Bend has so many restaurants that have vegan options. The online menu for Laughing Plant looked awesome, so we gave it a try and were very pleased! I had the Thai Bowl with Jasmine Rice and it was freaking delicious! The garlic green beans really set it off. It tasted healthy, fresh, not oily or heavy at all. It was the perfect amount and left me feeling satisfied and light as a feather. My husband had the Tempeh Burrito, he was also very happy. He had the same comments, it tasted healthy and not heavy at all. The place was clean and the employees were super nice and cheerful. I'm very happy with this place and would gladly eat there again!"
