What a disappointment! Had the entrecote, which was served bleu (aka raw) not medium-well as ordered. Entrecote should never ever be served as bleu. The whole point is that the fat should melt and give its juices to the meat. If served raw, the steak is just a lump of cold fat. Also had the burger, which wasn't up to par.
