Tried in vain to get a cup of tea and a bit of cake in Richmond but this place had free tables. Soon became apparent why that was. Lady was rude and forgot more than she remembered. Food was average when it did arrive. Nice spot in the centre of Richmond but the food and service does not match their enviable position. View all feedback.
