I have the Veggie rays with rice noodles with add of tofu. the broth was amazing and the eating was quite okay. they literally only cut tofu into my bowl. not a season, nothing. Maybe I thought that the broth would offer taste, but it wasn't. it was very disappointing and expensive. it costs extra to get reisnudeln as the regular noodles with which the dish comes are not vegan, and it costs extra to add to tofu.
