I have the Veggie rays with rice noodles with add of tofu. the broth was amazing and the eating was quite okay. they literally only cut tofu into my bowl. not a season, nothing. Maybe I thought that the broth would offer taste, but it wasn't. it was very disappointing and expensive. it costs extra to get reisnudeln as the regular noodles with which the dish comes are not vegan, and it costs extra to add to tofu. "The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."
