My wife and I had a takeout order that was missing multiple items and was made incorrectly. I filed a complaint through the online form and was pleasantly surprised that my order received a refund and the general manager of the store called me multiple times to apologize. Unfortunately I was never able to catch her but this is exactly how stores should handle complaints. I would return based on that alone. View all feedback.

They always forget items from my order. The first time I though it was a mistake, it can happen to anyone. The second time, no big deal they were probably busy, no big deal.
