My wife and I had a takeout order that was missing multiple items and was made incorrectly. I filed a complaint through the online form and was pleasantly surprised that my order received a refund and the general manager of the store called me multiple times to apologize. Unfortunately I was never able to catch her but this is exactly how stores should handle complaints. I would return based on that alone. View all feedback.

What Y doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
They always forget items from my order. The first time I though it was a mistake, it can happen to anyone. The second time, no big deal they were probably busy, no big deal. Third time, now I’m upset. What is going on? Not to mention the name on my account was changed to something not even close to my name. You all need to get it together. View all feedback.
