I love Christmas dinner. The trimmings and the memories of growing up with the tradition. I have had a few Christmas dinners in the area and this was the best. They use real turkey, not the processed slices but the real bird. Moist with all...the trimmings. The trifle and the mince pie with cream also went down very well.
