Really enjoyed the service and food here. The brisket was really fat and the moisture was a boy inconsistent, but still very delicate and tasty. The burned ends were not true burned ends, but closer to straight-drawn pigs. However, the absolute highlight and 5 star article of Mac 'n cheese was. It was awarded and I would vote for it myself. It came out room temp/cold and loaded with oil. Seems like it was made a while ago and pulled out of the fridge with minimal reheating. Shame is it was a $1 extra for this premium side.
