Really enjoyed the service and food here. The brisket was really fat and the moisture was a boy inconsistent, but still very delicate and tasty. The burned ends were not true burned ends, but closer to straight-drawn pigs. However, the absolute highlight and 5 star article of Mac 'n cheese was. It was awarded and I would vote for it myself. The brisket had great flavor (loved the bark) and enjoyed the potato salad. The food came out quick and service was good. The biggest disappointment was the Mac and cheese. It came out room temp/cold and loaded with oil. Seems like it was made a while ago and pulled out of the fridge with minimal reheating. Shame is it was a $1 extra for this premium side.
