I have lived in Italy for 40 years now and this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. 1. Starter of quail's egg with truffle and spinach. The egg was uncooked, the truffle tasteless and the spinach too salty. 2. Pasta with porcini mushrooms. Pasta virtually uncooked, the whole dish tasteless. 3. Guinea fowl. Meat smelled rancid.
