I really liked how crunchy the pork cutlet was, it looks like beef but I think it's pork. The ramen was nice and soft and complemented well. I don't like the sauce but I dipped it in Sweet Sour sauce and I preferred that way better. Their fried chicken is great but it is a little pricey. First time coming to Ajisen Ramen in Rowland Heights even though it's been open for a long time now. The ramen was average in taste and portion size as I had the ABC ramen.
